"Spring-Tongs" Ad

For this project, the goal was to select an everyday object and define a new and unexpected purpose for it. The object I chose was the clothespin traditionally used to attach wet clothing to a clothesline to hang and dry. I chose to repurpose it as food tongs, to make grabbing and lifting food easier and also to transport or eat that food. I called them “Spring Tongs,” based on the spring mechanism used to open the clothespin which I used in the typeface for the name of the product.
